Are there any fees on top of the room price?
A cleaning fee is charged once per stay. It is shown in the price breakdown and included in the total. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, and there is no deposit or key money.
How do I check in?
Self check-in with a smart lock. Follow the instructions we send in advance and go straight to your room without a front desk.
What is an apartment hotel?
A place to stay with a kitchen, a washing machine and other everyday facilities in the room, booked and checked into like a hotel. Stays of 1 to 29 nights.
Is the room cleaned during my stay?
As these are short stays, there is no regular cleaning during your stay as a rule (please contact us about long stays).
Can I use the kitchen and washing machine?
Every room has a kitchen (the type of stove varies by room), a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker and a washing machine. Cookware, tableware and laundry supplies are provided. Cookware, tableware and laundry supplies are provided.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00.
- Check-in 16:00 / check-out 10:00. There is no front desk; you check in yourself following the steps we send in advance.
- Linens and towels are provided for the number of guests. They are not changed during your stay.
- Amenities and supplies are provided once at check-in; we do not hand out extras.
- Rooms have a smart monitor (Android) instead of a TV. Broadcast TV is not available, but you can watch Netflix, Prime Video and others with your own account, and YouTube for free.
- All prices shown are totals including the cleaning fee. Payment is by credit card.
